I checked the calendar yesterday and saw that the european representatives were in Strasbourg this week. That meant the lights would be on! The rest of the time the building is pitch black... I was also lucky to have a beautiful light for sunset.

I like.

but...but... a nit pick.... in #3 I really really can't take my eyes of those power lines, I wish they aren't there... That's jmo others will probably disagree

I like #1, with the view overlooking the water. The second shot has a lot of foreground that does not really help my appreciation of the building. In #3 I admired the sunset colors, and the rail tracks in the foreground. You got a very good exposure of the foreground areas, as lighted by the street lamps.
