Evening pylons

I hate electricity pylons, but when I drove under these, standing tall against the evening sky, I had to acknowledge that they offer an interesting subject to the photographer.

And I take it further and say: lines!
And REPETITION!
Cool concept.
You really HONOUR the pylons with this photo (where otherwise we so often wish them out of our frames, eh? ;))
 
Thanks for the feedback folks - it's appreciated. I agree that these things look like giants. In fact they remind me of those strings of folded paper people holding hands that kids cut out. I was a bit annoyed at having to include two sets of lines that cut across the scene, but they were unavoidable. Wires, pylons and poles of one sort or another are the bane of the photographer's life aren't they, so it made a nice change to deliberately include some!!

Funny how a person can be driving down the street or walking about somewhere, spot something (like this), take a picture and it turns out great! Nice job!!
