Thanks for sharing your photos, I take you visited the clyde butcher gallery whilst on your trip your themes certainly are reminiscent (thats misspelled i know) of his work. Thats a good thing.

Do you use photoshop? I like the fact that you used b&w because thats the best medium for catching the everglades in my opinion. For the plant and swamp pictures, it would be really cool to use the disfuse glow, to give the plants a 'ghostly look'.

Hope you survived the mozzies there! I never got that my many good pics in the everglades; i think a gave a few pints of blood there

Thank Mark for the positive feedback; yes I did stop at Butcher's, the last weekend of August is his open house (Labor Day holiday for us), camera info: Canon D10 with sigma 28-70 f2.8, the only editing was to convert them to B&W and clone out few unwanted thinks in the shots,
like the Jiffy-Johns at Burns Lake camp ground LOL
