Back in my B&W days, I used to "get into the mode" of looking for shots to take that would look good in B&W.

Not at all. They do look nice.

I inferred by your comment that you went out "in color" and discovered only later that you have some nice B&W conversion shots.

For #1, I almost want to see just a tad more of the ceiling?
 
Okay, got you. Was worried that I wasn't seeing these good.

I have been working on my b&w conversion post processing. I have used Nik Silver Efex Pro and MacPhun Tonality Pro to do most of mine, but I wanted to learn more about it, so I have been using PS and some youtube tutorials to spice it up and see if I can make my images look better.
