Exacta to EOS adapter

I'm looking for Exacta to EOS adapter, which can achieve infinity focus. The ones sold on e-bay failed. Does anynone have info?http://twitter.com/erikose

It's quite likely that there isn't one made.

The register distance (aka film-to-flange distance) of the Exakta mount is only 0.7mm greater than that of the Canon EF mount. That doesnt leave much room for the adapter. An adapter only 0.7mm thick would leave little surface for the mount locking pin. The hole in the lens flange that the pin fits into is a good bit deeper than 0.7mm.

There is also the issue of mirror clearance. I don't know the specs for either the Exakta nor the two different variants of the Canon mount, EF and EF-S.
