I think this falls in to just the "picture" category, meaning it doesn't do much to captivate the audience.

Are pictures bad? Well...no. Maybe I just don't get it?

As a general rule, the main subject shouldn't be directly in the middle of the frame, especially when there is an arrow involved.

In other words, I am sure you can come up with some more creative photographs.

I agree with you that I can come up much more creative pictures!!!

This is not too interesting.
This could have been an interesting minimalist shot, but there is no tension.
There is no tension because the Exit Sign is smack in the middle of the frame.

I think I see why this scene interested you enough to shoot it, but it needed some help to allow others to see it in the same way.
