Hi folks!

I've been photographing dogs and horses, now started photographing cats... Any thoughts on the ones below?

1. $image-3634683687.webp
2. $image-4004114727.webp
3. $image-4265144496.webp

Thanks!

#1. Very good picture and very sharp. The only critique I might offer that would make it perfect IMHO is to crop tighter a little bit so less of the carpet is showing. Whether it would help not sure but it looks like it might :)
#2 I like this one.. but for one thing. When taking a picture like this (which is a great pose!!) it should have the entire cat in it including the tail if possible. (Yes I know it is difficult to do sometimes :) )
#3 I like this picture but the lighting seems a little off. Also no spark in the eye.. as in the glint so to speak :)
#4 Gotta say I like this shot. It almost looks like he is going to get up and bolt any second!! :)

All of them are very nice!! :)
Thanks for sharing!!

Numbers 1 and 4 are my favs. I struggle taking shots of my lovable rat terrier. Darn thing won't stop moving and if she sees me immediately wants to play.

Super love the first one! What a beautiful cat! Well photographed too.

A helper is always useful. I do shoots for rescues (big and small dogs) for the small dogs, I have the helper step on the leash, give a treat, wait for the pup to settle down and get bored, then use a squeaker... The following picture is pre-crop/post.
