Expired 35mm B&W Film

This shot is a few years old..best I recall it was expired Kodak TMax 400 shot in a Nikon F5. The building is in downtown Birmingham, Alabama. Very dark / contrasty but as I recall it came out looking close to this without editing... Any thoughts ? is it too dark ? contrasty ? obviously the sky is blown out but to capture the dark brick facade I don't think there was much choice...

Dark and contrasty works for me. Not really much you can do on the sky i don't think. You have been shooting longer than me you tell me. . Curious though does that camera allow for repeated exposures on the same frame? i know with mine i can just drop the exposure a 1/3 and shoot three shots on the same frame come out with a standard exposure. Basically sort of bracketing on a triple exposure. how this applies here with the sky, never tried it. But i wonder on a tripod with a remote release if you could

My time "shooting" has been sporadic at best through the years...and has only recently become more serious/intense... photography is by its nature a subjective/artistic endeavor and I think we all benefit from hearing what others have to say...and I tend to overthink most everything so I am never really sure....thus why I came here to seek objective input from others... my thoughts on this shot were that I really liked the intense dark contrast in the bricks and especially the darker reflections of the sky in the windows... the angled point of view less so, but of the shots I took in this area I think this one was better than others.. I seem to recall that this shot was made with a yellow filter and the sun was quite bright that day as well..thanks again for your thoughts..always appreciated
