Expodisk Question

Well apparently today I am full of questions today, but I will try and make this my last one for the day. Has anyone used the expodisk? I did a web search on it and came up with a lot of people using 2 coffee filters to set WB. Has anyone used or heard of the coffee filter method, or the Pringles can lid method? I am still fairly new to the digital and have noticed that the color is off a little bit and was wondering if it may be my WB?

I've heard of some people who love it...or say they do. I don't think I've heard of anyone around here using one.

I shoot RAW and adjust the WB afterward...so I just leave the WB on auto.
