Exposure guidelines

Hello,

I don't know if you knew about this website, but I've found it quite useful when I began shooting film.
The table at the bottom of the page is what it's all about (for me).

Yeah, who here uses EV?
I started using exposure value when I bought my Hasselblad and now I think in it instead of f-stop/shutter speed.

I derive my exposure value from my chosen EV number to explore different exposure combinations, also to gauge the affect of the light source given the film I am using to try and decide if the resulting photograph will have the feel I want it to have. Sometimes I trip the shutter, sometimes I just walk on by.
