Eyes -- CC -- Do they look fake?

Please critique this.. I want to get better with eyes.. Do they pop? Do they pop to much which makes them look fake? Any suggestions?

Well I am a beginner so not sure if my opinion counts, but I love the eyes! What did you do?

BTW I am jealous, I have THREE kids and all of them got their daddy's brown eyes!

The angle given (both as in "POV" = point of view and as in wide-angle of the lens), the eyes show very, very prominently, anyway.

I assume you brightened and sharpened them selectively?
I have forever wondered if that is what TheBeginning and newrmdmike are doing to the photos of the people they photograph? I think, it is the very thing...

Maybe here they are just a smidge too sharp, but other than that, for us who we don't know the original it seems to work all right.

Thanks for that .. I didnt brighten the eyes thats how bright her eyes are -- I'll tone down the sharpening...

2 outta the 3 of mine have blue eyes and I'm 100% Puerto Rican.. isnt that funny..

Anyhow I LOVE the eyes. I know some on here dont like em too bright or sharp but as for the mommies that I have photographed for.. THey LOVE them. You're the mommmy this time.. Do you love them. Cause I do.
