I did some family pictures for a friend of mine and here are some of the ones I've edited so far. I was fairly pleased with the results. I know that I have room to grow, but I can see that I'm growing, so at least I'm not going backwards. Thanks for looking.

nine and twelve are my favorites--nice job:greenpbl:

Nicely done. It's nice to see your shots are sharper. Looks like your getting the hang of it now. One thing that I notice is some of your full length shots may be a bit tight. I say this because if you were to crop them to 8x10 (unless you've already done this), then you risk cutting something off. (feet or top of head) If you cropped already, then you seem good to go.

I had cropped. :) But yeah. I shot too close on some of them.

LOVE 7,8, 12!!!

Hey! You're gettin' better all the time!

Hmmmm...is that a Seargent Pepper song?

I'm out of thanks, BJ, but Thanks!

lol I suppose so! Never enough thanks!

misstwinklytoes, if my memory serves me correctly I would have to say this is your best work to date that I have seen

I was going to list the standouts, but there are too many to list, so I will offer my opinion on a couple of minor things that I noticed straight off.

3 is odd, kids being kids of course, but its just odd.

8 looks like the boy has a blemish or scratch on his (camera left) cheek, easy fix.

Watch your watermark size and placement, intruding in some of the shots and placement and size could be better.

I bet they are stoked with the results, well done again :)

I must admit I don't get this whole pics on a RR track thing.

They always look so very staged, IHMO. I mean, it's not exactly a natural setting - - is it??

Well good to see someone makes mr bitter smile around here!

Ms t the pix r great and ur doing excellent job! U have come a long way!

Yeah #3 is the boys giving each other a kiss. You will understand better after I explain #8

There IS a scratch on his cheek... actually there were more! I just missed that one. It wasn't a scratch either... the lil one BIT the bigger one with vampire teeth and they stuck in his cheek. >.<

Yeah, I'll have to experiment more with the watermark.

Thanks for the C&C. :)

Def staged... and illegal!

But it's the location she specifically asked for and I have to admit that I like shooting there.

A lot of times the shade is nice there and it's -usually- quiet. ;)

Thanks MoK. I'm still learning, but yes, they are an improvement. Maybe I just needed to get away from my daughter. :D Poor baby she's so sick of mommy's cam.
