I like 5 and 8. The extra processing on the eyes in the little boy, really does not work.

That was pretty much what I expected to hear. I was thinking of toning it down. I thought it looked cool, and they ended up loving them. Of coarse, they are not fellow photographers or anything.

Criticism appreciated.

Just after skimming through them, you shot them all without changing the height of the camera, you should try getting down to the child's level.

2 & 7 need work around the eyes.

I'm not really a fan of selective coloring, but regardless - you missed a few spots.

4... Wow, that's just too over the top for me.

The dad's shirt is riding up in #8, other than that - I like it.

I like 5 & 6 too, but I think 6 could be much better if that person in the background wasn't there, and if the boy's left arm wasn't partially out of the frame.

as a heavy editor myself, i agree that #4 has gone too far. the PP just doesnt improve it, and selective coloring is :thumbdown: imho.

I agree with the comment about color splash... the customers do love it though. I appreciate the C&C.
