The other night as I was coming in from work it looked like a good sunset was in the making, so I grabbed the camera and headed back out. I'd rather have shot this sunset over a mountain lake scene, but settled for a field of green beans instead.

Lake, smake. Anybody can take a shot of a lake and have a pretty scene, but it takes a good eye to see the beauty in a field of beans. Very nice.

Cracking sunset shot, love the colours in the whole of the shot. The greens really go well with the sunset colours.

Thank you everyone for the comments. We're lucky in that we get some very good sunsets here, more than once I've went out when I thought one was really going to pop and it just fizzled out. Often times it'll be a great sunset and I have nothing or just my camera phone, which does surprisingly well for a phone. This night I had time to get the Nikon and the sun did its part too.
