I agree, her neck does look broken, but I love all the parallelism in this photo. I. e. Head, shoulder, and clothing. May be awkward, but I find it intriguing as well.

I shot an eyewear campaign a few years ago and used a pose like this. The difference was that I had more body and a different camera angle to make it work. Otherwise you focus on the chin and shoulder too much. If you would like I can find the image and post it. It's on a backup drive...
