Favorite border program/plug-in?

Since I don't have the time (read: am too lazy) to hand-make borders for some of my shots, can anyone recommend a good border marker? Don't want anything overly artsy (no faux-gold picture-frame type borders), but simple, like this:

I use Photoshop, Nikon Capture and Paint Shop Pro, mostly.

You use Photoshop, so just record an action of when you make a border and save it. That's what 99% of us here do.

I've never made a border in PS that I didn't consider to look like absolute crap. I'd rather just buy some. Been tempted by some programs but didn't know which is the best.
