Well, this is the time lapse movie I was talking about in an earlier thread. Unfortunately I had to cut the first 10 seconds because Windows Movie Maker was doing some very strange things indeed. The picture size would flicker between 4:3 and 16:9. I couldn't figure out how to fix it, and that kind of sucks. It started out with bare concrete sidewalks and road and clean cars.

I started to notice that the window I was shooting through started getting caked with snow, so you will notice me wiping it down periodically.

I used a lower resolution IQ so I could fit all of the images (shooting for 1k, ende up with about 850) on one SD card. next time around I will use a much higer IQ as to get a better finished product. I will also try to find a more suitable program for stiching these together into a movie. WMM seems to have softened it up the IQ quite a bit.

And the worst part...... I forgot to go into this with a full charge. As a result, there is a full 2 hours of daylight mising due to the battery dying that would have really added to this.

As of now, this storm has forced the DOT to take the plows off the road due to dangerous driving conditions, the busses have stopped, and major highways have closed. It's going to be a doozie, and it does'nt seem to want to stop any time soon.

Well, here you go. It's not much but it took me all day. So if you could at least pretend to like it I would appreciate it. It's my first attempt and I learned a lot. Certainly won't be my last attempt.

Wheres the video?

WMM can create higher quality video, but it depends on your reneging settings.
A better video editor would be Sony Vegas, and they put out an affordable lite version for around $100, that is quite powerful.

Pretty cool. How many hours is this?

Just over 6 hours. the fun didn't start until the sun went down though..... Now, where the Jeep used to be there is a large white mound.

I'm REALLY looking forward to the drive in to work tomorrow. :D
