Comments welcome. Thanks for looking. :)

nice photo but i think its underexposed.

I'd also say it's underexposed by 2/3rds of a stop (eyeballing). But I like the character and composition.

Nice! I like it a lot, and the under-exposure just makes it seem moody, especially with the B&W in my opinion.

Great image...thanks for sharing. It is simple, sharp, well-composed (my opinion) and carries an implicit sort of emotional message with it about this stage of this man's life. As a street scene, the conversion is great - portrays the mood and in my mind creates a certain amount of empathy for the older gentleman. It may be underexposed, but not by much...depending on how you created the conversion (the software you used), this may be fairly easy to fix, if, in fact, doing so will add to the image quality. If you are really interested in "street" photography, I would encourage you to look at the works of Henri Cartier-Brisson and Willy Ronis. Cartier-Brisson is considered to be the father of modern photo-jounalism...Henri Cartier-Bresson - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. When I saw this image, I was immediately reminded of his work.

Do you have more to share or a Flickr site that portrays more of your work?

Cheers,

WesternGuy

What westernguy said. Love it!

Thanks for the comments everyone. It may be a bit under exposed, but I did darken it some in post.
Histogram (original) wasn't to far to the left. I'll work on it a bit more.

Thanks again!
