Feedback to Panasonic

I tried to find a way to send feedback to Panasonic regarding features and menu changes that would improve the handling of my S9 camera.
It seems really hard to do online, as the only option other than by sending a letter, was via a chat during working hours. Does anyone have a link that allows feedback to be sent, or if I post my suggestion here, they will see it?

I have had similar thoughts regarding my Panny cameras - and equally I have not found an easy way to communicate with Panny Australia.

It also occurs with several other multi-nationals operating here ... I cannot seem to contact them easily ... like you I have considered a snail-mail approach,

In my personal case, the business (ALDI Supermarkets) then emailed me from their support desk and I/we went around and around in circles getting nowhere. Finally I had to snail-mail 3 letters before getting a decent response from them. It does-not mean that Panny will be any different, simply that I fear that these days, individuals like us are simply not considered relevant to the overall business and its profits
