the first one is alright. has lots of tension, sharp and i like the lighting. i don't really get the photos with pushups though....
 
What's the context? Are these photos presented as works of photographic art or, maybe, promotional photos for a personal fitness trainer? It makes a difference in what I'd say about them. :)
 
Well, I know for sure that I do not like how you cropped his hand in 1 and cropped his knuckles in 4, even though in general I prefer those two over the rest of the photos shown...
 
The black and white ones appear to be out of focus. The ones with the chain are the strongest of the set aside from some minor technical details. Chopped limbs, subject placement, etc. Overall, not bad.

Art for the 2 with chains and the other 3 are fitness ones yes, he's a personal trainer. Not necessarily for promos or anything, just practice

Practice makes perfect. Don't sell your camera ;) I've seen a lot worse - and I've taken and posted a lot worse! :lol:
 
Good work on the lighting! The picture is over-sharpened.
