Second one seems shaky and maybe could have panned down a bit.

That first one is great; I would just edit out those spots in the sky (dust on your sensor, perhaps?). The second one is a cool shot, but unfortunately a bit blurry.

Why do you have this shadow on the picture ?
Is it due to postreatment, did you add it ???

If no and if you do not like it, you should close more your diaphragm and have f more than 5 or 6 to limit this.
