There are two things you might take away from this:
1) using a relatively wide angle lens close to teh subject will cause what is closest to look distorted and large out of proportion
2) on-camera flash is rarely good as a primary light source; note the typical beard-like shadow beneath her chin.

That's about the equivalent of a 38 mm lens on a FF camera
To minimize the ballooning of features that are nearer to the camera, back off a bit with your shots.

On the positive side she is a very pretty lady plus you did not over sharpen or make her look like a wax doll.
