Field, Tree and Rock Which is best?

Took these while out on a bike ride. Only brought my 50mm and I think that makes these kinda so-so. Which is best?

what would happen if you cheated on the first and remove the light from the tree line so the sun is only lighting the tree/subject as well as cropping out the other tall tree on the very left?

tree beats field, rock beats tree.

The rock+tree strikes me as the best, but it feels not quite in balance. I think it needs a little trimmed off the right, or added on the left.

Also, the rock and the tree look a bit too similar here, I feel like the two major masses want to mix it up a little. Is it possible to get the rock in shade, or partly so, with the tree lit? Or vice versa?

I agree, I think my focal length and the barbwire fence limited me with my framing. I would have like to make the rock seem smaller and the tree bigger. I might have to go back with a longer lens.
