A Greenberg-esque image of a 2 1/2yr old. I was very pleased to have captured an image where she is smiling and looking at the camera.

A simple light setup using a beauty dish for key and two reflective umbrella for rim. Nikon speedlights were used triggered via CLS. Shot against white seamless in my living room.

Some have said the image is a tad bright or over exposed. But I also think that works in favor for this image.

With the lighting I was bored of using a softbox or umbrella as key light for children pics and wanted to use harder and more specular lighting to give a crisper look. Hence the beauty dish and reflective brolly were used.

Yep blown highlights. Blown highlight on her noise is the one that bothers me.

I love the expression, I would probably have tidied up her hair, as I find it kind of distracting the way it cuts through her eyes, but maybe you were going for the wild look.
