Fijifilm Finepix F31fd Replacement

My camera was stolen and I'm searching for a replacement. I want something about the same size .. not as small as a credit card. My primary focus is good low light performance. I'm not interested in long zoom and don't need WiFi. I loved my F31fd ... the only issue was shutter lag. Can someone offer some suggestions ... I've spent many hours reading reviews on-line and am no closer to making a decision. I'm almost to the point of visiting pawn shops to see if I can find mine. Any help appreciated.

If money is no object get the Panasonic Lumix LX100. If money is tighter get the Sony RX100-3

Those "100" series cameras are nice....and both carry the "100" model number for a reason.
