Final Embrace

Shooting has been slow this winter, its simply been too cold out for any of my tiny friends to venture out. That said, today was one of the sunniest days we've had in months, so I took advantage of it and headed out. Still not much, but I was able to find this little guy munching on a fresh catch (Green Lacewing) underneath a sign post. Spider measured about 2mm wide at the rear.

And at the end of my walk I caught a shot of this beauty sunning herself on a concrete pillar.

I'm not an expert on macro, so can't really give you any feedback, other than I think these are really neat. I prefer the first, as I feel it better tells a story.
