Finally...BIF

I was about to give up on myself or my lens. But, had a good day. Guess the right settings, right light, and learning to hold it steadier. Canon D80 and Tamron 100-400. For some reason my computer sees it as a Canon 300 lens.

Great shooting.

Gulls are always a good bird to practice BIF shooting. I still do it to this day if I find nothing else to shoot.
