If the children are the main focus imo I would shoot with continuous AF to hopefully help with the blurriness they are out of focus and it looks as if the cart is in focus. But you could also use a higher depth of field to help with that as well. It is hard to say since we don't know the settings you use, but from what I see that's my take on it.

The actual photo the focus looks a little different I used photo bucket to post it here and I'm not 100% happy with the results :/ some of my other shots are a little more in focus than others but they're not framed up as well the ride was going really fast and made it hard to pan and focus as quickly as I needed to and it was making me dizzy haha

There's two more than there needs to be, it doesn't actually mean much when it appears on a photo.

As far as the images go, the first two are out of focus and have slight motion blur.

Shot number 3 was shot on an extremely high ISO, 12800 to be precise. You had a shutter speed of 1/3200 at f/8... Which for stationary subjects is more than sufficient to freeze any motion. Why were you shooting on an ISO so astronomical? According to the time stamp, you shot at 4:00pm when there should have been ample light. The high ISO value really destroys the image quality.

Shot 4: Now you're at ISO800 at f/22 with a fairly slow shutter speed of 1/60s. I'm not sure if your lens has VR or not, but if there was wind that would probably attribute to the lack of sharpness in this photo. Also, f/22 is not the optically prime aperture to be using for that particular lens.. As it's a consumer grade zoom. Small apertures introduce diffraction and make things look fuzzy.

I agree with what has been offered above and would add that the last photo is cropped a little too tight. If you print that image and put it in a frame, you run the risk of cutting off part of the top of the flower. But hey if you did, you would still be able to see the watermark.

Per the header for the People Gallery: "Post for discussion and feedback, including general critique" - Understanding that you did not explicitly ask for critique on your watermark, it is part of the image, and therefore, "fair game". Remember too that your watermark is part of your image, and in fact something that identifies you to people looking at your work; I wouldn't be so quick to castigate someone for offering suggestions for improvement!
