First attempt at off camera flash

I been trying to catch this guy for over a week. The web is up by 9PM and gone every am when I walk the dog.

Nikon D3100 w/18-55 f3.5-5.6 @55,1/40 @f11,on camera flash at 1/32,off camera SB-28 @100%,about four feet below,hand held,focused using a small flashlight 'cause with the Cowboy trigger mounted the AF assist won't work. Little post,sharpened a bit,color boosted a little via ViewNX 2. No crop.

not sure what color "boosting" did for your image. Looks over sharpened and perhaps over-exposed on the spider itself. Classic school book image.
