First Attempt at Water with Long Exposure (would like crits!)

I feel that the rocks do not accent the flow of water ... the environment is missing.

It's a nice image and the water looks great. It's is a bland not so sharp image overall. If you could bring out some detail in the rocks or maybe increase the contrast in the rocks to give the image a deeper more 3D feel rather the flat 2D overall look it could improve the image. Just some contrast and shaprening could do an amazing job with the image. PLaying with the image in topaz I was able to get a ton of sharpness from the rocks.
