This is not about the phot quality I was just messing with the lighting. It is natrual lighting from a window. If you would please tell me how to improve it. I do not have any hot lights.
a few things to try: 1. move the object closer to the window. 2. try getting light from a bigger window. 3. wait for a sunny day and then take the pic. 4. make a reflector from a piece of cardboard and cover it in aluminum foil(crumple it first). place this on the side opposite of light source.
All the above and.... get a tripod with remote shutter and do longer exposures. if you can shoot RAW...use lamps in your house - the colour temp/white balance will need to be adjusted in any post processing software you have good luck!
