First B&W conversions

These are my first two attempts at B&W. I'm pretty happy with both although the sharpness on the first one seems to have suffered a bit after uploading.

I really like the second one. That bench pops! If thats nearby for you, I'd be very interested to see a close up shot of the bench leg in the grass. Full of texture, and I think it would turn out nicely in b&w.

They are both good... I agree #1 is not sharp but I am impressed with the the creativity.

Snyderaa, yep it is here at home, I'll keep that one in mind the next time conditions are right Good eye.

I like 2 the best as well. I would only suggest, if possible, to tone down the brighter bit of building on the right. That distraction is the only issue I see with an otherwise well composed shot. Well done.
