Another nice photo in terms of composition and detail. My only beef is that you sorta "dirtied" the sky and a bit of the water with your sepia mask.

The deep etching done on the top of the cliffs is a bit off, (you can see a light edge where you have masked / lassoed and either feathered too much or haven't been able to get a good line to use to base the mask / lasso off.

Otherwise it is a greatly composed photo, maybe with a bit too much darkness thrown into the sky.

I would have liked to have seen the original.

Also, as others have said, it's not a black and white, nor close to it. It's more of a sepier colour mask over the entire image with a part of it removed where the water is, and a desaturated sky.
