First Couple Photoshoot

It's not even about being sued... it's about everyone having a clear understanding that the photographer may want to use these images for his portfolio or marketing... signing off... and then having a leg to stand on if they change their mind.

Part of doing shots for free to develop your skill and portfolio is that you get to USE those images if you want. A model release is a great way to communicate what your plans may be and get their agreement on that in writing.

Pinterest is also a great place to find cute prom clothes, and stylish shoes. As well as being cupcake decorating HQ, and an awesome, awesome source for pics of Kristen Stewart's movie premier and film festival dresses...
