Hello, this is my first macro photo I took with my camera.

Good shot for a first timer! Looks like you increased the color saturation a bit more than required. Still, it's good one for a first timer.

Thanks, I used a Nikon D3000 18-55mm Kit lens at IS0 100 45mm f/5.6.
I just started out so I'm hoping soon I can get better lenses.

As many people here will say, "Use the kit lens for awhile before you invest in another lens." Learn with the kit lens and decide what type of photography you plan to shot most. Then, research the types of lens you think you want.
