1st image seems to not be lit properly, she has a (black eye), a reflector feathered in would have helped the shot.
2nd shot is same as far as lighting, before you go do HDR etc. I've learned it has to be a nicely done image to begin with so take the time to light her up.
3rd image looks like she is getting decent light on the face. Take the shot like you did and tell her to stand still and WALK around the subject and shoot. If you see the subject in good light take advantage of it.
Last image is flat lighting but you got rid of the racoon eyes/eye. Looks like you gave yourself enough room to make it a Vertical shot as well.

Way to get out there and shoot , model has a nice look and you need to get the "headshots" as well.

#3 may work as a high contrast B&W as for the other one lighting is the key. bad light = bad shot

As Joe said, the eyes are dark and lifeless... it may work for a certain mood, but her face is bright and cheery, and her eyes are not [visible]. 3 works okay for me though.... I'm not quite digging the hand on the hip as it doesn't really go with the mood, but I like the profile and lighting and the dynamic background.

The first one, maybe the first two...look like the model is out of focus.

In the first one, it looks like the wood behind her is sharper than her face, and in #2, a section of bricks looks sharper than the subject, but it's a bit hard to tell with all that contrast.

like 3 but you need to get her entire body in the shot. i like 2 also but it is way over processed. try not to go all buck wild on the females with your PP. This isnt a building, its a woman! LOL

Plus get the girl to wear some better outfits. SHEESH!!! She's pretty and had her hair done nicely but jeans and a black shirt aint fashion.

Some better lighting wouldnt hurt either. Find a pretty spot that gets some good natural sunset lighting.
