First multi-exposure shot

So this is my first multi-exposure shot i edited together.

Can u say a few words about the process?
 
I just went to the town market at 2am and took some multiple exposure shots from -4 to +4 exposure compensation taking one picture at each stop.

Comes off akin to a drawn scene really well.

(though at first I was confused at the lack of hamster ;))

It has the feeling of being clouded did you do long exposures?

Also it seems to be more like a rendering than a photo. It has that CG feel to me.

Did you change focus each time you adjust your EV?

At times i was forced to adjust the aperture.
