Guys - Thanks for the all of the responses on pics 1 an 5. I admit that I like those as well. However, can you tell me what you don't like about the other 3? Are they technically unacceptable, ascetically unpleasing, or just plain boring?

Really trying to improve, so let me know.

I like #2, the colors/reflection/wave patterns really play well together, but #1 is great too.

I don't think the other guys meant that other photos were bad, or anything, just that they had their personal favorites of the group.

I'd say #3 would be the weakest of the group IMO. and not that its a terrible picture or anything, but it just doesn't do much for me. some of the stuff in the water is a little distracting, but not really much. the best advice I think we could give you is to keep shooting.
