First play wint new 50mm f1.8

Hi again
I have received my new 50mm f1.8 lens yesterday and I managed to take some shoots today. Because I have nikon D40 it is all manual focus.
I'm really impressed about this lens. It is so sharp that I can't believe I paid only £60 for it (brand new from China).
This is my beautifull wife.
I Used built in flash because I don't have SB600 yet (flash compensation set to -1.0).

With that lens, you should be able to crank the ISO up to 800 and use natural lighting.

Nice shot for using built-in flash, too... I can only barely tell that you used it.

Thanks for all comments
I don't really want to setup ISO to more than 400 because of sensor noise. I'm quite happy about result with built in flash but my next purchase will be SB-600
