First shot at sunrise on the lake, C&C please!

Hi everyone! I'd like to know anything that might improve my newbee's skills. I wonder if I should have used a pol filter in this case.

The white balance seems a bit off, and it's quite... noisy. What ISO did you shoot it at?

I used iso 200 at f/11 and most of my shots are noisy. I don't know why??!!!!

Events at distances have their own charm.... but the image itself is very small; yet i like it
