First try need some C & C

While out chasing meteors last night thought would try my hand at our city's skyline. This is my first post and one of my first photographs shooting in manual mode.

It is hard to determine the clarity of the shot from that little attachment. Generally, I think you have the right idea. Would like to see what it would look like with a bit more black at the top.

It looks like there's a lot of noise. Not sure if you can lower the ISO any and just use a longer shutter speed.
