I like the first two. Great angles and nice composition. Exposure seems to be off in the first one. The sky is blown out a bit and the building is lacking the proper black level for saturation and contrast. The coastline shot is great but maybe just the wrong time of day. I am sure a cpol would help, but you would need to rotate right a bit more. If you shot raw, you could probably bring some of the detail in the sky back. LR3 also has a grad filter to help bring out details in blown out skies.
