First video with Canon 60D

*Note* Please excuse the drug activity that you will see in the video...I do not support it but this is what he wanted.

Anyway, I'm still trying to figure out all of the settings for filming such as ISO and what not. I know the lighting is poor in the video, but it is all that we had to work with. Will someone guide me through how to change the shutter speed to 60...I still cannot manage to figure it out. Also, I have been reading a bit on something called the 'f-stop' needs to be at the lowest setting. Any suggestions on how to have an overall high quality/less grainy video? Thank you.

BTW, watch in 1080p HD for the highest quality. Also, the music in the video was all recorded by my friend that I was filming.
