So I really want to get a fisheye lens for my camera and I went to our camera store and they said that the cheapest one for my camera would be around $1200. I have a Nikon D5000, and I was wondering what the cheapest fisheye lens for my camera really is.... Is there a website I can look at that sells legitimate used lenses?

Any help would be appreciated!

THanks!

579 for a tokina 10-17mm fisheye

There is no such thing as a variable focal length "fisheye". A fisheye is a prime lens with an extreme wide angle of view with curvature in it.

This is a fisheye shot:

This is an ultra wide angle shot, NOT a fisheye:

Sigma makes some excellent true fisheye lenses, some more affordable than others.

Thanks for the help, and do the sigma lenses fit the D5000 I have?
