Flash question

hi, i have a question

i want to get a flash for my Nikon D50, and can get this one used rather cheap.
is a image cdz70 Flash ( i cant find anything on it)

now, will it work with my camera?

ive been told that some flashes will not work well with certian cameras, and i should get a nikon flash to be safe

but that costs about 20x more than what i can pick this up for right now.. lol


so can anyone tell me anything about this flash? i dont know much about them.

I don't know anything about that flash, but if I were getting a cheap off brand anything, I would ask myself if it is worth screwing up an expensive camera to find out if it's a good deal.
