That's a small flock of birds, alright.

I'd probably do something like below, as I see this shot in B&W (sorry for the quality, I edited on my phone).

It looks ok in color, but I don't think it's a strong image in color. B&W puts more emphasis on the birds, which are the subject of the image. The blue sky is way too distracting, IMO, and the B&W provides a nice "abstractness" to the image to make it interesting.

I would probably go a step further and remove that last little bird at the very bottom right.
