That is an Anolis sagrei. They are otherwise known as Cuban or Brown Anoles and are very invasive.

As for the picture, it is not terrible but the DoF is way narrow. I would like to see more of the lizard in focus and maybe a better composition that is not centered.

Looks like you missed focus.. sharpest point looks like the area behind the ear.... and as Snakeguy mentioned, your DOF was so shallow that very little is sharp. Toss it and try again!
