Flower Centers

I was taking some pictures the other day and they didn't turn out that great but when I cropped out the center part I found them interesting.

same here... i like the clear focus.. but the colors seem to white... the third one looks a bit more satisfying with the deeper colors .

Agreed! The third is very nice. I think the shadows on the first two are what bother me.

I do like the third one best. Have you thought of doing a series of flower close ups? I'm sure with some work you could have this technique perfected in no time.

Yes I have thought about doing a series of flower close ups. I figure I can get some great picture if I go out an try to shoot them.

I like all of them. They are gorgeous, but I like the first 2 more.

Each of the first two offers a central focus poing and lines that lead in to it.

i agree with canonrebel here...i like all of them...more as an abstract form than a 'flowers'...
