A nice start if this is a first time, but there is too much background - too many background flowers that are out of focus (OOF) that they detract from your main subject. Not sure how you remedy this, but I would try to isolate those in focus. When I shoot flowers, I try to makes sure that my background is out of focus and that is acts as a contrast with the colour of the flowers I am trying to shoot, for example, you will often see images where the flower(s) is/are against a "greenish" background of other vegetation that is blurred to provide an OOF background. If you Google "flower photography" you will find all kinds of examples. HTH.
