Just an experiment, starting out with shooting Raw, the size was unbelievable, 41MB, needless to say, i had to scale it twice and lost some detail. The first time i scaled it in Gimp, still to big for the forum here, so then scaled it again with Imgur. Any advice on how to resize Raw shots without losing much, would be more then appreciated.
I should mention i am a Linux user, so limited to programs. I have Gimp, Darktable, Rawtherapee..

Beautiful shot. I do all my conversion with Lightroom so I can't be much help.

Thank you! It sure looked better before the loss of detail.. I will figure it out though, im just new to shooting Raw,
I may switch the setting to Raw&Jpg both, just so i can upload them to the web when needed and be able to keep the full detail versions of them.
